Warmth Delivered

Warmth Delivered operates through limited curated releases, with a set number of boxes available for each edition.

Ordering: Orders are currently placed via WhatsApp on +971 58 586 0522. Availability for each release is limited, and orders are accepted on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis. Adding an item to an enquiry, expressing interest, or contacting Warmth Delivered does not guarantee availability.

Payment: Once an order request has been received, a Ziina payment link will be provided. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Payment is currently accepted through Ziina.

Cancellation: Due to the curated and limited nature of each release, orders cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded once payment has been received, except at the discretion of Warmth Delivered.

Warmth Delivered reserves the right to decline or cancel an order prior to dispatch and issue a full refund where necessary.

If Warmth Delivered is unable to fulfill an order for any reason, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery: Delivery areas and delivery dates will be announced with each release.

Delivery areas may vary by release and will be announced with each edition.

Current delivery areas include Al Furjan, Discovery Gardens, The Gardens, Jumeirah Park, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Springs, and Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the correct address, building details, and contact number. If incorrect delivery information is provided or a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

If a customer is unavailable during the agreed delivery window, Warmth Delivered will make reasonable efforts to arrange one additional delivery attempt. If a customer remains unresponsive after reasonable attempts to arrange delivery, Warmth Delivered reserves the right to cancel the delivery and treat the order as fulfilled.

At the customer’s request, deliveries may be left at a doorstep, reception desk, building security, or another designated safe location. Once delivered as instructed, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Due to the curated and surprise nature of Warmth Delivered boxes, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are not available once payment has been received, except at the discretion of Warmth Delivered.

Warmth Delivered does not offer returns or refunds based on personal preference, including where a customer does not like, need, want, or already owns a particular item, flavor, scent, color, design, or product included within a box.

Exchanges are not available for individual items contained within a Warmth Delivered box.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or missing, customers must contact Warmth Delivered within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs or other reasonable evidence for review. Each case will be assessed individually and, where appropriate, a replacement item, partial refund, full refund, or other suitable resolution may be offered at the discretion of Warmth Delivered.

Where an item is confirmed as missing from a box, Warmth Delivered will make reasonable efforts to provide the missing item. Where this is not possible, a partial refund or other suitable resolution may be offered.

Warmth Delivered reserves the right to refuse refund or compensation requests where insufficient information is provided, where damage occurs after delivery, or where claims are made outside the stated reporting timeframe.

Warmth Delivered curates and packages products sourced from a variety of third-party manufacturers, retailers, suppliers, and independent businesses. Unless otherwise stated, Warmth Delivered is not the manufacturer of the products included within its boxes.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, ingredients, warnings, age recommendations, and usage instructions provided by the original manufacturer or supplier before use. All products should be used only as intended and in accordance with any instructions provided.

Warmth Delivered does not make any representations or guarantees regarding the performance, effectiveness, suitability, or results of any product included within a box. Product quality, safety information, and product-specific claims remain the responsibility of the original manufacturer or supplier.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their personal needs, preferences, allergies, sensitivities, or individual circumstances before use.

Images, previews, promotional materials, and sneak peeks are intended for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact contents, colors, scents, flavors, designs, packaging, or product variations included within a particular edition.

Warmth Delivered reserves the right to substitute products with alternatives of a similar purpose, category, or value where necessary due to availability, supplier changes, seasonal variations, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Some products may not be suitable for young children and should be used with appropriate supervision where applicable.

Warmth Delivered boxes may contain food, beverages, skincare, beauty, wellness, self-care, fragrance, home, or other lifestyle products that include ingredients or materials capable of causing allergies, sensitivities, irritation, or other adverse reactions.

Products may contain, or have been manufactured in facilities that handle, common allergens including but not limited to nuts, peanuts, dairy, gluten, soy, sesame, eggs, and other allergens.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients, labels, warnings, age recommendations, and usage instructions provided by the original manufacturer or supplier before use or consumption. Warmth Delivered cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens or suitable for specific dietary requirements, allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or personal preferences.

Customers with known allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or ingredient concerns should exercise caution and carefully review all product information before use.

If irritation, discomfort, or an adverse reaction occurs, use of the product should be discontinued immediately and appropriate medical advice sought where necessary.

Some products included within a Warmth Delivered box may not be suitable for young children. Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, warnings, age recommendations, and usage instructions before allowing products to be used or consumed by children.

Food, beverage, skincare, beauty, wellness, and other products should be used or consumed under appropriate adult supervision where applicable.

Warmth Delivered respects the privacy of its customers and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.

To process and fulfill orders, Warmth Delivered may collect personal information including a customer’s name, email address, contact number, and delivery address. This information is used solely for order processing, customer communication, payment coordination, delivery arrangements, and related business operations.

Customer information may be shared with trusted third-party service providers where necessary to fulfill an order, including payment providers, delivery partners, or other service providers involved in the operation of Warmth Delivered.

Warmth Delivered does not sell, rent, or trade customer information to third parties.

From time to time, Warmth Delivered may contact customers regarding future releases, updates, promotions, or other business-related communications. Customers may request not to receive such communications at any time.

Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, legal, operational, or customer service purposes.

Customer photographs, testimonials, reviews, social media content, or other user-generated content will only be shared by Warmth Delivered with the customer’s permission.

Warmth Delivered may include products sourced from a variety of brands, retailers, suppliers, manufacturers, and independent businesses, including products featured through collaborations from time to time.

Products are selected based on their suitability for a particular edition and the overall customer experience. The inclusion of a product does not imply an endorsement, recommendation, sponsorship, or ongoing relationship beyond its inclusion within that edition.

Warmth Delivered remains committed to curating thoughtful and enjoyable discoveries regardless of how products are sourced.

Product information, ingredients, instructions, warnings, claims, and safety information remain the responsibility of the original manufacturer or supplier.

Warmth Delivered believes that thoughtful choices, even small ones, can make a meaningful difference.

Where reasonably possible, Warmth Delivered aims to make thoughtful packaging choices and avoid unnecessary waste. Packaging materials are selected with consideration for both presentation and practicality, helping to protect products while creating an enjoyable unboxing experience.

Customers are encouraged to reuse, recycle, or repurpose packaging materials wherever possible.

While not every product, packaging component, or material included within a box may be recyclable or sustainable, Warmth Delivered strives to make thoughtful and responsible choices where reasonably practical.

To help reduce unnecessary paper waste, product information, box contents, policies, and other supporting information may be provided digitally where appropriate.
